our story

Little b was a pet name for our dog Riley. As we were trying to come up with a name for our restaurant, it hit us! Little B also stood for build your own burger, bites and bar which is everything we are about. Our original restaurant, Jack and Dyl's, was in the same location and named after our dog and son. Chef David Thomas, a CIA graduate whose resume includes TriBeCa Grill and Union Square Cafe in NYC and Lark Creek Inn in CA. He was a James Beard guest chef and received 5 stars from The NY Times for his time at Bridge St in Irvington. He runs Little B's with a great kitchen and front of the house staff. Sharon is from a large family that were all born in raised in Tarrytown which explains the family-friendly, neighborhood spot that is perfect for everyone. 


Known for its BYOB (build your own burger)with endless choices of burgers, cheese, toppings and sauces, there are also Sliders, Wings, Mac n Cheese, Nachos and more. David has also added Signature Sandwiches to the menu such as Short Ribs, Buttermilk Chicken, Vegetable Panini, Lamb Burger and more. On weekends, there are always specials but only until they are sold out!
